Defendant-Appellant Lawrence Wah Kwai Narvaez (hereinafter "Narvaez") appeals from the denial of his Motion to Dismiss Indictment with Prejudice. The trial court ruled Narvaez lacked the standing to suppress the illegally obtained statements of co-defendant Samson Fernandez, Jr. (hereinafter "Fernandez"), which implicated Narvaez in a robbery.
