Appellants, David Jimenez, Michael Anthony Daum, Louis Perez, Edward Fernandez and Abrahim Zuriarrian, were each convicted of possession with intent to distribute more than 1,000 pounds of marijuana, as well as conspiracy to possess the same amount, both in violation of 21 U.S.C. §§ 841 and 846.
