In this case we are asked to review a series of contractual instruments which were held by the district court to constitute an agreement to lend monies for the purchase of real property. The district court ordered the defendants, Forest Watson, Warren and Joan Luke, to convey a 10% interest in the property to the plaintiffs, Marion and Lillian Costello.
