Plaintiff-appellant Sandra K. Elzey appeals an order granting summary judgment in favor of defendants-appellees Monte Fisher, Dennis Houtz, Nyal Frantz, N.E. Prince, Daniel L. Figel and the Honorable Giles J. Pierre. Elzey filed a complaint against the defendants1 for unlawful arrest and for violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
