This case arises out of an alleged breach of an employment contract. Jurisdiction exists under 28 U.S.C. § 1332. The plaintiff, Charles A. Presto ("Presto"), alleges that the defendant Sequoia Systems, Inc. ("Sequoia"): (1) breached the employment contract between Sequoia and Presto (Count I); (2) made false representations to Presto so as to induce him to accept employment with Sequoia, thereby causing Presto...
