The Appellant, Bank of Honolulu ("Bank"), appeals from an order of the Bankruptcy Court, which denied its motion for damages for the delay it encountered in receiving payment on its secured claim. The Bank's claim had been secured by real property of the estate. This real estate was sold by the Chapter 11 trustee and the Bank was paid all principal and expenses, plus interest calculated at the contract rate of 8¾% per annum...
