In this action for wrongful discharge, defendants, Smith & Saetveit, P.C. (the corporation), Dennis D. Smith (Smith), and William R. Saetveit (Saetveit), appeal the judgment entered following trial to the court awarding plaintiff, N. Laverne Magnuson, damages for wrongful discharge under an employment contract. Defendants allege that the trial court erred in: (1) its conclusion of law that they did not have "cause" to terminate plaintiff's employment...
