Defendant-Appellant Ralph Jochem (Ralph) appeals the Dubois Circuit Court's judgment determining a twelve foot easement is entirely located on Ralph's real estate, permanently interfering therewith, and granting Plaintiffs-Appellees Leroy and Alene Kerstiens (Kerstiens) compensatory and punitive damages.

We affirm.
