The Competitive Edge, Inc. (hereinafter Competitive Edge) appeals the lower court's directed verdict in favor of Tony Moore Buick-GMC, Inc. (hereinafter Moore-GMC).

This case arose out of a complaint filed by Competitive Edge against Moore-GMC on January 28, 1985. The complaint consisted of two counts, one seeking the sum of $7,270.99 by way of an open account, and one claiming the same sum due for work...
