This action arises from an alleged pattern and practice of sex discrimination and sexual harassment committed against the plaintiff Rosa Elizabeth Hunt ("Hunt") while she was employed as an apprentice with the United Brotherhood of Carpenters and Joiners of America, Local 40 ("Local 40"). Hunt has brought federal claims under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968...
