Appellants Lorenzo Allen, Frances Sylvester Lindsey and Roger Lee Harrell were convicted by a jury of armed bank robbery in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 2113(a), (d) and of conspiracy to commit that offense in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371. The main issue on appeal concerns the propriety of testimony by a police officer and a parole officer identifying Allen and Harrell as the individuals appearing in bank surveillance photographs.
