OPINION BY JUDGE PALLADINO, January 7, 1986:

Jerry Fallings (Petitioner) appeals from an order of the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole (Board) recommitting him as a technical parole violator to serve eighteen (18) months backtime.
