Appellants, Sheila Kay Avey and William Richard Avey, Jr., were jointly tried and convicted of Unlawful Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance, Marijuana, under 63 O.S.1981, § 2-401(A)(1), in Oklahoma County District Court, Case No. CRF-83-2227.
