This case comes to us after a remand hearing mandated by this court's decision in United States v. Brimberry, 744 F.2d 580 (7th Cir.1984). This court remanded for a hearing to determine whether the government had obtained the testimony of its main witnesses in the defendant's trial for obstruction of justice independently of the defendant's immunized testimony.
