In this appeal from a conviction of the crime of being an accessory to assault in the second degree, in violation of General Statutes §§ 53a-60 (a) (2) and 53a-8, the defendant raises three claims of error: (1) that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction; (2) that the court erred in refusing to charge that General Statutes § 53a-8 does not apply to an accessory after the fact; and (3) that the court erred in refusing to charge...
