This appeal arises from a contract dispute relative to two agreements to purchase certain immovable property from Robert Namer (Namer), the seller, by Dr. Kamalakant G. Thaly and his wife, Lata K. Thaly (Thaly), the purchasers. The agreements to purchase were conditioned upon the ability of the purchasers to obtain a loan.
