OPINION

ASHLAND, Bankruptcy Judge.

The debtors, who are farmers, appeal from an order confirming a creditors' Chapter 11 liquidation plan over the debtors' objection. We modify the order and affirm.

FACTS

Quay and Ardis Jorgensen are Chapter 11 debtors in possession under a petition filed July 27, 1984. The debtors own and farm trees on over 14,000 acres of timberland in Western Washington. They have assets of approximately $43 million...
