Theodore Robert Bundy, a convicted murderer who is scheduled for execution November 18, 1986, appeals the trial court's denial of his motion for post-conviction relief filed under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850 and his application for a stay of execution, and petitions this Court for a writ of habeas corpus.
