A jury trial resulted in a finding of guilty of Burglary, a Class B felony. Appellant was sentenced to a term of twenty (20) years.

The facts are: During the late evening hours of August 1, 1983, Barry Turpin, Randy Stewart, Tom Stewart, John Norris, and appellant met to determine who had taken approximately one (1) pound of marijuana from Tom Stewart's vehicle.
