Aubrey Dennis Adams, scheduled for execution on March 4, 1986, appeals the trial court's denial without an evidentiary hearing of his second 3.850 motion to vacate the judgment and sentence and his application for stay of execution. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 3(b)(1), Fla. Const.
