MINZNER, Judge.

Plaintiff appeals denial of his claim for benefits under the New Mexico Occupational Disease Disablement Law. We affirm.

While employed by Public Service Company of New Mexico (PNM) as a journeyman working mechanical foreman at the San Juan Generating Station, plaintiff developed a rash, diagnosed as contact dermatitis.
