Defendant, Sally M. Bailey, was found guilty of perjury and sentenced to five years at hard labor, the maximum penalty for that offense. Defendant appealed from her conviction and sentence. They were affirmed by this court in State v. Bailey, 470 So.2d 342 (La.App. 5th Cir.1985). Writs were granted.
