This appeal follows a denial of appellant's petition for writ of error coram nobis, without an evidentiary hearing. For the reasons outlined below, and under the authority of Ex parte Boatwright, 471 So.2d 1257 (Ala.1985), the decision of the trial court is hereby reversed and the case is remanded with directions consistent with the provisions of Boatwright.
