PIVARNIK, Justice.
Defendant-Appellant, Thomas Joseph McKean was convicted by a DeKalb Superior Court jury of three (3) counts of dealing in a schedule II controlled substance, a class B felony. He was sentenced to a total of thirty (30) years for his convictions. His sentence was later modified to a term of twenty-two (22) years.
