The defendant Town of Wells appeals from a judgment of the Superior Court (York County) reversing the State Liquor Commission's decision that the plaintiffs had failed to sustain their burden of proving that the Wells Board of Selectmen were without justifiable cause in denying the plaintiffs' application for a liquor license.
