YOUNG, Judge.

Atkins appeals his conviction by jury of four counts of theft and one count of conspiracy to commit theft. He raises the following issues on appeal:

1) whether the trial court erred in denying his motion for mistrial; 2) whether the trial court erred in admitting into evidence a tape-recorded telephone conversation; 3) whether there was sufficient evidence to sustain the jury's verdict on the four counts of theft; and
