This cause came on to be heard upon the appeal from the Middletown Municipal Court.

On May 31, 1985, three complaints were filed against defendant-appellant, Allied Pest Control, charging it with violating R.C. 921.25 as a result of appellant's treatment of a Middletown, Ohio, residence for termites.
