The issue presented on this appeal is whether the trial court erred in granting defendant, Hercules Incorporated's Motion for Summary Judgment.

Plaintiff brought a suit in negligence against multiple defendants, including Hercules Incorporated, and in strict liability against Hercules Incorporated, seeking jury trial as to all.
