Appellee Ben D. Johnson brought suit on December 28, 1982, for rescission of sale and in redhibition against defendant, Patcraft Mills, Inc., hereinafter Patcraft, for damages for faulty workmanship against defendant, Better Floors, Inc., hereinafter better known as Better Floors.
