Robertson Enterprises, Inc. (Robertson) appeals from the judgment of the Superior Court, Cumberland County, awarding costs to the plaintiff Patricia Purwin (Purwin). Robertson contends its offer of judgment pursuant to M.R.Civ.P. 68 exceeded the amount of the judgment finally obtained by a jury verdict and therefore the award of costs was error.
