The issues raised on appeal are narrow, i.e., whether the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion to strike certain testimony of an expert witness, defendant's motion for a mistrial based on that same testimony, and whether the sentences imposed were excessive and therefore constitute an abuse of discretion of the sentencing...
