The plaintiff, Earl Prothro, appeals the trial court judgment finding him seventy-five percent negligent in causing the rear end collision in which his car was totally destroyed and his knee was injured. The defendants, Thomas Dillahunty and his insurer, Stonewall Jackson Insurance Company, answered the appeal contending that the trial court erred in finding Dillahunty at fault in causing the accident.
