Donna Lynn Beardsley was arrested November 11, 1984 in Independence at Noland Road and Rankin when the automobile she was driving was observed to leave the roadway, strike the curb and proceed out of control. Beardsley displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, she was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .207 percent.
