Susan D. Davidson was arrested December 24, 1984 in Kansas City near 4650 Raytown Road when the automobile she was driving left the roadway and became impaled on a tree stump. Davidson displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Davidson was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .18 percent.
