Appellant appeals her conviction in a trial by the court of sexual solicitation for purposes of prostitution, D.C. Code § 22-2701 (1985 Supp.), on the ground that the trial court erred in denying her motion to dismiss the information based on the government's waiver of its right to make an opening statement.
