Plaintiff, Kenneth Brown, Jr., brought this claim against the Defendant, Cliff's Drilling Company, under the Jones Act and General Maritime Law, alleging that he was injured in an accident caused by the negligence of the Defendant Drilling Company and the unseaworthiness of the Defendant's barge — Cliff's Barge Rig No. 2.
