Craig Allen Paris was arrested November 17, 1984 in Kansas City at Westport Road and Wyandotte when the vehicle Paris was driving was observed to be exceeding the posted speed limit. Paris displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Paris was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .18 percent.
