Thomas A. Lauck was arrested November 23, 1984 in Independence at 40 Highway and Noland Road because the vehicle Lauck was driving did not have a valid license and because Lauck displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication. Upon testing Lauck with a chemical breathalyzer, it was found that he had a blood alcohol concentration of .154 percent. Notice of driver's license suspension was issued pursuant to §§ 302.500...
