Plaintiff-appellant, Joseph Morris George, appeals the judgment of the trial court dismissing his suit for the wrongful death of his alleged daughter, Danielle M. Perrault. The trial court sustained the exception of no right of action offered by defendants, Patricia Breaux and State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm).
