TURNAGE, Presiding Judge.

The Director of Revenue appeals from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Jackson County rescinding the suspension1 of Jeffrey Gardner's drivers license. The Director contends that the trial court only had jurisdiction to conduct a trial de novo, not to dispose of the case based on the court's review of the administrative proceedings. Reversed and remanded.
