Defendant Fireman's Fund Insurance Company appeals from a judgment for plaintiffs Kay and Alta Stufflebean in an action to recover loss from damage to the contents of plaintiffs' house. The case originated as an action in small claims court. Plaintiffs sued the insurance company on a policy issued by defendant on plaintiffs' house.
