George R. Richardson was arrested October 27, 1984 in Kansas City at his residence after a hit and run accident at Red Bridge Road and 71 Highway in which an automobile driven by Richardson crossed the center line of the road striking another vehicle. Richardson displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Richardson was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .19 percent...
