This is a child support modification dispute. The parties were divorced in 1982 and plaintiff, Dalton Paul LeBlanc, was ordered to pay $400 per month child support for his minor daughter, Tressie LeBlanc. On June 29, 1983, an amended order was signed by the parties and signed by the judge ordering Dalton to pay the amount of $800 per month for the support of his daughter.
