Michael Knight sued his former employer, Henry's Sheet Metal Works, Inc., and its worker's compensation insurer, General Accident Insurance Company, alleging that despite his permanent, total disability, they had terminated his compensation benefit payments and had refused to pay for diagnostic procedures recommended by his physician.
