Ralph D. Quick was arrested November 9, 1984 in Blue Springs when a vehicle he was driving was observed weaving from lane to lane and straddling the lane marker. Quick displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, Quick was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .16 percent.
