Quinton (Quinton) appeals the decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB or board), Docket No. DA07528510286, 29 M.S.P.R. 699, sustaining her removal from the Department of Transportation (DOT) [Eighth Coast Guard District] for falsely claiming per diem and for failing to report time worked in accordance with proper agency procedure.
