This is an appeal from a jury conviction for first degree murder. Punishment assessed by the jury was for a period of fifty years.

On appeal the appellant, inter alia, urged that the trial court erred in failing to suppress the prosecutrix's in-court identification, alleging that the pre-trial identification procedure (hypnosis of the prosecutrix) violated his due process...
