Gary W. Hall was arrested November 4, 1984 in Kansas City at Truman Road and Topping by police answering a disturbance call. Hall was driving a vehicle in flight from the scene of the disturbance and when stopped, Hall displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication.
