ROSSMAN, Judge.

Defendant pled guilty to a violation of a municipal ordinance prohibiting the discharge of a firearm in the city. He appeals from the portion of the sentence which ordered that his firearm be confiscated and destroyed. We affirm.

Section 14.32.010(d) of the Portland City Code provides: "It is unlawful for any person to fire or discharge a firearm within the boundaries of the City." The court ordered that defendant's weapon be confiscated pursuant...
