John M. McGhee was arrested November 24, 1984 in Jackson County on Interstate Highway 70 after the vehicle he was driving was observed to be traveling 68 miles per hour in a 55 mile zone and weaving. McGhee displayed apparent conditions associated with alcohol intoxication and upon testing with a chemical breathalyzer, McGhee was found to have a blood alcohol concentration of .18 percent.
